Job Description
Daily tasks:
- Schedule meetings and calls for the team
- Master the team’s schedule and itinerary
- Follow up any action for emails, wechat and other communication tools
Weekly tasks (in HK office) :
- Travel to HK office once a week
- Manage the pantry, the copier room and the meeting rooms
- Greet guests and serve drinks
- Pick up calls
- Assist Office Manager for Accounting jobs (cheque payment for expenses and current cash books)
- Scan companies’ presentations after conference.
- Scan name cards after conference
- Scan receipts/invoices, and reports in our share drive
Monthly tasks:
- Prepare staff expense reports (with courier service if need)
Ad-hoc tasks:
- Travel arrangements for the team.
- Apply visa
- Order name cards for the team.
- Print and bind the presentation books (A4 or A5)
- Outdoor work, eg. deposit cheque, post office, buy stuff that not able to order online or without delivery service
