Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare an annual event calendar based on the Club traditions and market trends. Keep a master files of all events planned/organized at the Club. Follow up with the relevant departments to ensure all event documentations are accurate.
• Ensure the Club Events are running smoothly. Coordinate and closely monitor the contents and progress of all Club Events by working closely with the Club’s Management Team, Food & Beverage Team, Games & Sports Team, and other supporting teams such as Marketing & Communications, Housekeeping and Engineering Teams. 
• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure all Club Events are properly promoted and communicated to members in different appropriate ways including but not limited to newsletter, posters, festive brochures, tent cards, e-blast, website, etc.
• Co-organize and co-manage Club’s regular community outreach focus.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Hospitality, Events Management, Marketing & Communications, or relevant disciplines. Overseas education is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years relevant experience gained in private clubs, hotels, sports associations, institutions or similar industries.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, organized and detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• English Native-like fluency and Cantonese are required.
• Strong interest in food and photography is an advantage.
