在会议前和结束后与组织者会面,确保所有安排的顺利进行

酒店业相关专业大专以上学历
精通项目管理与组织技巧
对市场营销有完全的理解
具有国际品牌酒店2年以上销售主任的工作经验
Job Description
To maintain completed and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the Hotel
Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found. Ensures that the necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner
Coordinates confirmed events with the Sales team
Meets up with organiser before, during and after the event to ensure that everything runs smoothly
Employee Specification
Holds a diploma or suitable qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management
Strong project management and organisational skills
Thorough understanding of selling techniques and marketing concepts
2 years work experience as Sales Executive in a hotel desirable
