Overall project management of event concept, planning and execution


• Full responsible for implementation of corporate event and BU events, includes event planning, creative, logistic, onsite management, post event evaluation, reporting and ensure stick to budget plan.


• Responsible for creating and implement the digital event activities in corporate and BU level.


• To work in close cooperation with BU, global and china marketing team, sales, offer marketing and other relating functions to maximize the influence and effectiveness of event.


• To build relationships and work effectively across levels and business segments.


• Deliver new, creative ideas as an individual and brainstorming team member


• Good management skill to coach with event vendors included creative and logistics agency.


• Other tasks assigned by line manager.


Desired Skills and Experience


• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in event management and execution within a vast International Organization or event agency


• IT, Electric, Internet, Cloud and Automation industry event management background, had project management experience of big event (over 1000 attendees) is preferred


• Solid experience in Event planning, Budgeting, Creative and Project Management


• Creative thinker and problem solver


• Digital mindset and good ability to use digital tools and platforms. Have success project experience.


• Strong written skill both in editing and creative copy, good presentation skill


• Team player with ability to manage own workload


• Strong communication and writing skills both in English and Chinese


• Education: Marketing Communication or Project management is preferred


• Languages: English is a must, TEM 6-8 is preferred


• Overnight travelling is required
