Job Description

We are now looking for a Event & Marketing Executive to join our team in Hong Kong.

• Coordinate and manage events from the point of enquiry to on-site execution (when needed)
• Follow up and maintain a good relationship with event clients
• Assist in a wide spectrum of marketing activities such as promotions, social media, eDM and loyalty program
• Explore opportunities to promote the brand and drive sales
• Provide administrative support such as report preparation and database

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not essential
• Good presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
