Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

1. Work on Proposal and Budget according to clients’ requirements on Meetings and Events

2. Resource Management

3. Finance Management to make profit on project

4. Take Lead of Event Team (Designers and Assistants) to deliver the meeting or event for client.


Other responsibilities:

1. Manage partner (vendor) database and maintain the relationship with local partners

2. Manage Database related to project, such as venues and general concept design


Job Requirements:

1. Fluent English speaking, reading

2. Know how to work with design team, production team, and AV team

3. Good at Creating special or unique idea.

4. Friendly user with Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , Especially on PowerPoint for Proposal Design

5. Good at budget making according net cost

6. Positive attitude and energetic person

7. Over 3 years Meetings and Events Experience will be considered as a plus


Salary:

1. Monthly Salary CNY12000-15000

2. Daily Allowance star from CNY100 per day for project on-site

3. At Least 7 Paid Holidays every year

4. Yearly bonus if hit target (KPI)

5. Other allowance at some Traditional China Festivals
