Job Description

The Duties

  • Answer the enquiries from incoming calls or emails
  • Prepare quotation for company’s services
  • Manage and develop relationship with clients
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs for the events
  • Support the Event Management team in project execution

The Requirements

  • DSE or above. Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Proactive, willingness to learn and show good attitude to customers
  • Cheerful, enjoy communication and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent Cantonese, average English and Mandarin
  • Minimum 1-year customer servicing experience preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Executive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) application
  • Fast Chinese and English typing is an advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred

回答來電或電子郵件查詢、準備及處理公司服務報價單文件、客戶管理及關係協調、與客戶日常聯絡、跟進銷售產品狀況

資歷要求:

DSE或以上。歡迎應屆畢業生

積極主動,願意學習,對客戶表現出良好的態度

開朗,良好溝通,責任感

流利的粵語

精通Microsoft Office(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)應用程序

快速的中英文打字
