Responsibilities:
- Provide full range general office administration and account supports
- Assist in general office administration duties such as office supplies procurement, license and insurance renewal.
- Monitor the delivery schedules and payment
- Purchase necessary materials for each jobs
- Provide order processing and sales support includes issuing quotation/Invoice/Agreement/Confirmation
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments, vendors and customers to provide effective and efficient operation support
- Work closely with Sales, Design, Hotel and Production department to ensure a smooth operations
- Outdoor work is required.
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Requirements:
- DSE/ Form 7 graduate or above
- Proficiency in using strong MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Assist in ad hoc duties as required and willing to work overtime under pressure.
- 3 years experience in handling administrative work
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
