Qualification and Experience :

Practicing member of one of the following professional institutions with a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience in building maintenance in Hong Kong (experience is existing PSA an advantage):-

Discipline Category A

(i)                 The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);

(ii)               The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying Division);

(iii)             The Hong Kong Institute of Architects;

(iv)              The Royal Institution of British Architects.

Discipline Category B

(v)                The Institute of Civil Engineers;

(vi)              The Institution of Structural Engineers;

(vii)            The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Disciplines).

Discipline Category C

(viii)          The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical and Mechanical Disciplines);  or equivalent
