Job Description:

This job is to be performed by a Trader who is responsible, under supervision, for trading exchange traded securities and OTC equity derivatives. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

Responsibilities

• Trade exchange trades securities such as stocks, ETFs, futures, etc.
• Conduct OTC derivatives trades such us equity options and total return swaps etc. with counterparties
• Book and manage all Trades in the firm’s trading system
• Generate P&L and risk reports of the particular trading desk on a daily basis
• Cooperate with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operation and IT teams to improve and optimize the workflow and the trading system

Requirements

• Master degree in relevant majors in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics and Sciences or related disciplines
• 3+ years of work experiences in trading
• Good knowledge of OTC derivatives products including total return swap, vanilla and exotic options etc.
• Proficient in VBA (and a plus for advantage coding skill)
• Excellent communication skills, outstanding team player and highly self-motivated
• Fluent in English/Mandarin with strong oral and written presentation skills.
