Qualification & Requirement:

• Degree or above in Environmental Engineering or related disciplines.
• Must be BEAM Pro or BEAM Affiliate, completed CIC Environmental Officer Course is preferable.
• At least 3 years of experiment for implementation of environmental monitoring $ auditing for construction project (preferable relates to E&M installation) at least 2 years relevant experiences for green building certification such as BEAM Plus/ LEED/ Green Mark or equivalent.
• Capable for prepare BEAN Plus reports and relevant submissions, good command in communication with BEAM consultant.
• Well-versed in local environmental regulations.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Two-year contract basis.

Job duties:

Assists in implementation of the environmental management system; including but not limited to submissions of reports associated with BEAM Plus, LEED and IAQ, etc.
