職責要求
1. Assist in design mechanical components for battery pack to ensure system is developed with appropriate requirements.
2. Execute validation for prototype/subsystem testing to evaluate the design and verify the models.
3. Evaluate and validate installation and inspection procedures at assembly site.

任職資格
1. BS in Mechanical Engineering; or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
2. Outstanding design, packaging and 3D modeling skills - we use Solidworks/Onshape and consider candidates with strong capability in any other CAD package
3. Ability to perform hand calculations and create spreadsheet models to do first-order sizing of components
4. Demonstrable motivation and ability to solve novel, difficult design problems with tight timing constraints
5. Familiarity with Lithium-based battery technologies and packaging requirements is a plus but not a requirement.
