Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provides the products and services that enable Citi's workforce, along with the majority of the financial solutions that Citi's customers rely on. This position is an integral part of End User Services, Services functions are responsible for the end-to-end service ownership for their domain, including the total cost of ownership, service quality and responsiveness. Team members within the Services functions will engineer and certify platform builds and capabilities, oversee execution of builds, and break/fix where scripting and automation are not possible. They will manage problems, service improvements and continuity of business/resiliency testing and non-routine move, add and change activities for their service domain.

The Enterprise Content Management Engineering Team is responsible for the engineering of ECM solutions that replace analog, legacy and non-compliant system processes with industry leading content management solutions that automate and accelerate business processes which lead to improved efficiencies and reduced operating costs while delivering world class content management platforms.

You will evaluate, test and certify emerging technologies at incredible scale that relate to Enterprise Content Management, Imaging and digital signatures.

You will take technologies like Documentum, D2, Webtop, FileNet, CMOD, xPlore, Kofax, Docusign, Drupal, ABBYY, and Box.com and build integrated ECM platforms that will provide immediate value.

You will enable these technologies for consumption by the business, sector and\or enterprise at the global and local levels.

You will evaluate current manual business processes for automation by deciding which of the approved technologies will deliver the most value for the use case being examined. These solutions may allow business to incorporate machine learning, artificial intelligence, and possibly robotics.

You will help us build and extend the Enterprise Content Management product offerings as managed services and allow it to run any cloud environment.

Imagine a new customer account business that is currently using paper records that are currently stored in boxes somewhere offsite at a records management facility. A request is made to pull a record for a new account application and the general lead-time to locate and return the record is approximately five days. During these five days, the potential client is in a waiting mode and not able to partner with Citi in any transactions and neither the client nor Citi is gaining any value with this engagement during this time. You will have the opportunity to evaluate the entire business process and engineer a solution that will not only reduce the wait time from five days down to seconds to pull the record but reduce the overall account opening process from a week down to minutes by redesign the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform as technical lead on selected projects.
  • Collaborates with others to improve quality and address needs.
  • Builds and sustains cooperative working relationships.
  • Demonstrates ability to motivate others to meet a common goal.
  • Engineer solutions using Documentum, Kofax and ABBYY technology stacks.
  • Writing applications utilizing DFC, Documentum Rest, DFS.
  • Performing upgrades\patching of the Documentum stack.
  • Conducting migrations of prior versions of Kofax, ABBYY & Documentum to latest versions.
  • Developing Restful web services applications.
  • Developing Kofax Batch Classes and required Scripts
  • Writing UNIX shell scripts.
  • Installation, configuration, and management of Documentum Content Server 6.x and 7.x, xPlore and Content Transformation Services (CTS).
  • Installation, configuration, and management of the Physical Records Management (PRM),
  • Records Management (RM), and Retention Policy Services (RPS) modules.
  • Installation, configuration, and management of WDK based clients such as Webtop, DA, and Records Management.
  • Installation, configuration, and management of D2 and xCP.
  • Configuration and tuning of Kofax, ABBYY and Documentum for High Availability
  • Design, develop, modify, test, debug, and evaluate software to meet functional requirements for functional areas.
  • Gather requirements, recommend, and implement solutions.
  • Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
  • Develop solutions based on provided business requirements.
  • Develop technical documentation of the delivered solution.
  • Implementing business solutions using Agile practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics\Electrical Engineering or relevant work experience.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills to effectively articulate business and technical issues to team members, senior management, vendors and internal customers.
  • Independent; self-starter. Self-initiated with limited supervision.
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Proven prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with various tools to aid in the onboarding of content from non ECM system to Documentum.
  • Experience with ECM based SAAS solutions such as Drupal, Box.com and Quip.
  • Experience working with the Capture software and production document scanners.
  • Experience with image file such as tif, pdf, jpg and etc…
  • Experience with enterprise security policies and procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS SQL Server Databases. SQL Structured Query Language.
  • Experience with Active Directory\LDAP\SSO security protocols.
  • Experience with Language Translation solutions
  • Knowledge of Encryption and Cryptography
  • Strong .NET\SOAP development skills using Visual Studio (Web Applications, Windows Services, other).
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning, NER and NLP.
  • Familiarity with Windows Client\Server, Linux, AWS and Azure.
  • Organizes and maintains work environment to allow for productivity.
  • Use a broad range of advanced technical skills to solve complex technical issues.
  • Use independent judgment for determining course of action to accomplish objectives.
  • Technology\Software lifecycle knowledge including requirements, design, development, and testing with appropriate documentation. The work experience must show progressively increasing levels of technical skills and complexity of work.
