RWS Language Technologies division is currently looking for a new business Enterprise Account Executive with high energy, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to join our growing Sales team.

As a new business Enterprise Account Executive at RWS, you will have the opportunity to make a major impact on growing our division through generating new business for our Enterprise TMS Product (Trados). We are seeking a results-driven candidate that has B2B experience selling to high-level executives across various business functions and verticals.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B Sales 
  • Track record of overachieving against quota
  • Prior consultative sales methodology training is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Compelling communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
  • Experience selling to buyers within either Marketing, Content Management, or Digital sectors
  • Experience with Salesforce.com platform
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • The ability to work effectively as a remote team member

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and deliver against revenue targets and KPIs provided by leadership
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement through a combination of calling, email campaigns, and market intelligence
  • Manage a complex sales process from lead generation and discovery, to contract negotiation and close, with multiple C-Level stakeholders
  • Engage with prospects to position RWS solutions through strategic, consultative, and value-based selling
  • Represent RWS at industry events, networking functions, and onsite with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success and revenue generation
  • Update Salesforce daily with accurate client and pipeline data
  • Demonstrate ownership of all aspects of portfolio management

FLSA Status - Exempt

***Base Pay: $85,000 - $125,000 / year base pay + commission opportunity equal to base pay 

***Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
