工作职责Responsibilities：
1. 进行全英文授课，并保证教学质量；
Teach in English and ensure the quality of instruction.
2.在外教课堂中担任助教工作；
Work as a teaching assistant for the foreign teachers.
3.运用办公软件，独立制作教学课件；
Design the courseware independently with the office software.
4.通过电话教学、日常沟通等方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，为家长提供优秀的教学售后服务；
Track students learning progress via telephone teaching, daily communication, and provide parents with excellent teaching service.
5.进行教室和教具的日常维护和管理；
Do the routine maintenance and management of classrooms and teaching aids.
入职要求Entry requirements：
1.大学本科或以上学历；（英语专业、教育专业、有相关工作经验或海外留学经历者可适当放宽）
Bachelor degree or above; (English, Education, relevant working experience or study abroad experience may be relaxed)
2.口语标准、地道；较强的读写能力；
Standard oral English, strong literacy;
3.热爱儿童和英语教育事业；
Loves children and English educational career;
