3.Terms and Compensation of Employment


Contract Length: One or two year contracts

Salary: 20-30 k

After Tax or Before Tax: After tax

Pay Date: The 15th day of each month

Airfare Allowance: RMB2000 when finish one year contract.
Yearly Bonus: RMB2000 when finish one year contract.
Foreign teachers introducing bonus: RMB1000

Annual Vacation: National Holiday and 5 days paid vacation

Apartment：Fully furnished apartment or RMB 1500 per month.
