Part-time

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;

Teaching qualification (TESOL, TESL);

At least 1 years experience in teaching kids;

Love kids, responsible, patient, outgoing and energetic

Good command of MS Office and IWB

Respect Chinese culture, values and customs

Be able to work in the evenings and at the weekends

Responsibilities:

Prepare and provide lessons for kids (3-12)

Keep records of students’ attendance, exams and study progress

Classroom&teaching facilities maintenance

Plan and attend academic events and activities ( English Clubs, Demo classes)

岗位职责：

1、对3-12岁少儿进行全英授课，独立完成英语课程授课；

2、定时组织阶段性检测及制作培养方案和课堂反馈，及时与家长沟通学生的学习情况；

3、参加教研活动和教研会议，不断提升专业水平和授课技巧；

4、协助市场和销售部门完成试听课演示，配合外场推广等宣传工作。

任职要求：

1、思想品德优良，热爱儿童，热爱教育行业，性格活泼开朗、幽默有亲和力；

2、1年以上3-12岁少儿英语教学或教研经验；

3、有明确的职业规划、责任心强，具备较强沟通能力、创新意识、抗压能力，工作主动；

4、善于与学生沟通，擅于调动课堂气氛；

5、适应弹性工作时间，对工作认真负责、积极主动、服务意识强。
