Tineco Global is seeking a part-time Copywriter and Proofreader to join our marketing team. You'll be responsible for brainstorming, localizing, writing, editing, and proofreading a wide variety of web collateral, across multiple channels globally, with a focus in North America. The ideal candidate should be a collaborative, market-savvy creative writer, and an organized and detail-oriented editor and proofreader at the same time. Working hours (10-20 hours/week) can be very flexible while coming into the office is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1、Works closely with the digital marketing team to develop editorial concepts for the brand.

2、Monitor industry trends to keep the brand creative innovative and competitive.

3、Drafts and delivers original, on-brand copy in a timely manner for web collateral including but not limited to:

Social media posts

Digital ad copies

Email marketing newsletters

PR-related materials

Website updates

4、Edit and proofread marketing materials for accurate use of grammar and consistency of brand voice.

5、Polish and fine-tune marketing materials to make sure they’re localized to major markets (primarily U.S.) and consumer-friendly.

6、Curate innovative content ideas to support on-going marketing activities (seasonal promotions, new product names, etc)

Qualifications:

1、Must be a native English speaker, preferably have lived in US/Canada.

2、Familiarity with North America culture, consumer market and consumer behavior.

3、Familiarity with global social media platforms and media landscape.

4、Experience with content planning, writing, and editing.

5、Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines.

6、Ability to think quickly and creatively.

7、Ability to work independently, but open to direction and collaboration.

8、Command of A.P. style, excellent grasp of English grammar, syntax, and punctuation.
