Overview:
We are looking for an English Team Leader to collaborate with us on a short-term project with a large global MNC. As a Team Leader you will oversee the project and supervise daily operations in order to ensure good results. Responsibilities:
- Lead your team consisting of Quality Controllers and transcribers in our global team
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality of deliverables for our client’s project
- Contact clients via phone call on a regular basis
- Oversee the entire workflow of the project for the English market project
- Guarantee our client’s demands are fully met
- Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Project Managers
- Ensure business processes are efficient
- Pinpoint potential defects in the service
- Offer creative solutions for improvements
- Assist HR to recruit team members

Qualifications:
- Native English speaker
- Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
- At least two years of work experience, IT background highly valued
- Strong leadership qualities
- Bachelor degree
- Committed to meeting deadlines
- Familiar with MS Office
- Responsible and strong under pressure
- Interest in IT solutions, IT and Web literate
- Professional manner and presentation
