Contract and Benefits
Number of Contract Days
• One-year contract is provided.
Working Hours
• Full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Starting Salary Range
• 25,000 to 35,000 RMB after tax per month, based on educational background and experience.
Saving Potentials
• The school provides free dedicated housing, and free breakfast, lunch, and dinner during workdays.
Flight and Transport
• The school provides a 10,000 RMB travel subsidy at the end of every calendar year.
Bonus
• At the end of every month, there will be at least 10% of the salary as a performance bonus and attendance bonus (after tax). Additional bonuses will be given according to the contribution to the team and the students' development, evaluated by the manager and other staff members.
• For teachers working at our School for more than 3 years, end-of-year performance bonuses will be given by the end of each calendar year, worth at least one month of the monthly salary. Depending on performance and contribution to the team and students' development, end-of-year bonuses could be significantly higher, with no upper limit.

Requirements:
1. Must be American or British;
2. Bachelor degree or above in related subjects ;
3. Legal to apply for work visa - teaching type in China;
4. At least 2 years of full time English teaching experience in schools
