1.Must be native English speaker, or very fluent in Englih (or English major)
2.The employee shall be able to teach IGCSE, or IELTS, or TOFEL
3. The employee agrees to accept the employer’s supervision and instructions, to carry out work pursuant to this JD, to maintain a good attitude, to take care of students’ safety during class and any other activities, and to maintain the school’s teaching standards.
4. Teacher's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 Implementing classroom preparation, instruction, and management;
Providing all teaching plans
 Designating Reward Points on a daily basis;
 Preparing and grading quizzes and exams;
 Marking all teaching materials accurately and regularly, explicitly following the instructions
of the Academic Manager and Principal;
 Accepting teaching guidance from the Academic Manager and Senior Teacher if applicable;
 Disciplining students fairly and consistently;
 Following school policies and cooperating with staff;
 Teaching demo classes for student recruitment;
