School Description
Elan is an English language arts training service provider to children aged 3-15 in China. The first Elan school opened in March 2013. Now there are 20 Elan schools in operation in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Foshan. In early 2016, Elan school was acquired by Country Garden Education Group (recently rebranded as Bright Scholar Education Group, a NYSE publicly-listed company), which is one of the largest education providers in China with over 30,000 students and 60,000 employees.

Job Description
- Responsibilities: Teaching English Literature and Reading
- Location: Xiangyun Town, Shunyi District, Beijing (An very international community in Beijing)
- Students: Aged from 5 - 15
- Working Hours:
11:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. for weekdays (1 hour break included);
9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. for weekends (1 hour break included);
Wednesdays and Thursdays off.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: RMB 18,000 - 28,000 (Negotiable for higher, based on the candidate's experience and professionalism)
- Flight Reimbursement: up to RMB 8,000/ annual
- Insurance: Commercial Insurance
- Annual Leave: 11 Days (over 2 weeks in total)
- Contract Renewal Bonus: up to 50% of monthly salary
- Extra Class Bonus: If you accept teaching additional classes during working hours beyond your regular assignment, you will receive very good extra pay.

Requirements
1. Experienced in professional English teaching
2. Native English speakers preferred; experienced non native speakers are also welcome
3. Love children
4. Good personality, and capability of creating a good class atmosphere
