Job Description
1. Love and passion for the development of children
2. Working hours : Wednesday – Sunday, 9am-6pm – 25 teaching hours per week. 10-15 admin hours per week.
3. Teach and conduct classes which include Arts and craft, Cookery, Music & Movement, Speech and Drama, public speaking, creative writing according to the lesson plans and structure as provided and instructed by The Little Lions Education Department.
4. To uphold the quality and standard of the educational product in accordance with The Little Lions Principles and Standard Operating Procedures.
5. Adjust and update learning plans and curriculum to ensure that it is suitable for members’ personal development.
6. Preparing teaching materials and assisting in lesson planning along with the entire Education team of The Little Lions.
7. Attend meetings with the Education Department on a regular basis to provide a report on the club classes and performance of teachers and to participate in knowledge sharing with the entire Education team of The Little Lions.
8. Attend training by the Education Department when required and to be constantly working towards being well versed in early years children development stages and any other education and teaching related requirements that will be given Education Department and other external parties.
9. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Education department.
