English Call Center Specialist

Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Answer customer calls or email inquiries (mainly in English);
2. Coordinate and solve the needs of customers or give relevant suggestions and assistance to customers, including but not limited to: providing telephone advice, translation and recommendation assistance;
3. Record the follow-up process of the case to ensure that the case is completely and properly recorded;
4. Maintain communication with other departments to improve the satisfaction of all types of customer cases.

Job requirements:
1. Fluent in English
2. Good presentation, communication and coordination skills and customer skills.
3. Good problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.
4. 1-3 years working experience in call center is preferred.
5. Can accept night shift work (has night shift allowance).
