For one of our clients, we are looking for Engineering Manager for one leading machinery manufacturer (foreign-invested company) in Xi' An.

Responsibilities：

• Manage a team of technicians and engineers；
• In collaboration with the Product Development Manager, plan the conception, development, validation and industrialization tasks for new products；
• Design the product concept in collaboration with Product Manager and Project Manager from Headquarter；
• Assist the Product Project Managers to monitor the project costs；
• Assess technical solutions；
• Check that the engineered solutions are in line with product cost target;
• Lead design FMEA and design cost down actions, involving specialists from the plant and/or from the headquarter;
• Organize checks of the technical files to ensure high quality design and documents;
• Reporting to General Manager and Technical Director in Headquarter.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering Major, Background in machine industry will be an advantage;

• Electrical and CNC language software will be an advantage;

• Software: CAD system, Creo solid designer and Ansys workbench will be an advantage, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;

• Over 7 years in a mechanical development function, with previous team leading experience in an international company will be an advantage;

• English Level 6 or better;

• Initiative and able to work independently and must be a good team player;

• Experience in SAP system is an advantage
