职责

1. 直接和全面管理工程资源，以根据业务需要完成项目设计/ VAVE产品和产品线支持。

3. 实现工程团队的利润计划目标，包括计划交付，产品成本，预算控制和产品技术性能。
4. 与其他职能部门共同协作以推动所有项目设计，包括所有HY产品，定制设计和其他分配的项目/产品。
5. 领导团队从事新技术的调查研究。
6. 管理直接报告，进行绩效评估，管理绩效计划，并与直接报告讨论目标和发展计划。
7. 在工程团队内部组织和建立人才库，为增长和发展创造机会。

Qualifications
