职位描述

1. Overall project coordination for delivery of AWCV and TASE (Including Air condition comfort system, water dirt management, vehicle thermal management and aerodynamic performance)

负责全天候舒适性，整车空气动力学及热系统性能的项目交付物(包括空调性能，水管理，热系统管理和空气动力学)

2.Drive attribute stakeholders to achive target according to program delivery timing

3. Track key component development and validation

跟踪关键零部件的开发和验证

4. Detailed management & reporting of test activities (including test vehicle sign off /test facility book/confirm test method/report/…)

具体管理和汇报属性试验（包括试验车辆验收/试验资源预定/试验方法确认/报告/…）

5.Fix all the attribute related issue, sign off the attribute according to program delivery timing

解决此属性相关的所有问题 ，按照项目节点要求完成签收

2. Support raising, management and solving of cross functional issues effecting this attribute (e.g. process opitimize/Programs commen issue resolution ).

支持提出，管理和解决影响到此属性的跨部门的问题(例如流程优化和一些项目的共性问题的解决)

3. Run regular the attribute PAT meeting with CoC and UK match pair

与相关零部件工程师和英国接口人，主持召开规律的属性项目性能会议

4. Support to make the attribute development strategy

参与制定此属性发展策略

5. Collect customer feedback after mass production(e.g. from FEU/JD-power), study complains , and make improvement proposals.

收集客户反馈的与此属性相关的量产后的问题（例如从FEU/JD-power），研究客户抱怨，提供改进方案

6. Support the attribute capability building(e.g. Build and maintain、CAE and test capability )

支持此属性的能力建设（比如建立和维护数据库、虚拟验证能力、试验能力）

任职条件

1. Bachelor degree or above, vehicle or machine design major本科以上, 汽车或机械设计专业

2. Knowledge of WDM&TASE&AWCV attribute theory , design and validation approach了解水管理，全天候舒适性,热管理及空气动力学属性的理论知识,设计和测试验证分析方法

3. It’d be better to have experience on wind tunnel testing有风洞试验经验优先

4. Over 3 years’ experience in vehicle WDM&TASE&AWCV attribute with a multinational OEM3年以上整车企业水管理，全天候舒适性,热管理及空气动力学属性工作经验

5. Experience of solving complex technical issues using a structured approach够通过运用结构性的方法，解决复杂的技术问题

6. Driving License and at least 2 years driving experience. GM GuangDe proving ground driver's license is positive有驾照，并有2年以上驾驶经验. 有通用广德试验场驾照优先

7. Good spoken and written English良好的英文口语和书写能力

8. Strong communication and presentation skills（Office and presentation skills）沟通能力和汇报能力强(办公软件和汇报技能)
