This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead the production planning and execution for RMU products and ensure the timely execution of customer order and loading shopfloor. Lead Material requirement planning, Master Scheduling to ensure on time shop floor loading as well as on time completion of customer order to meet the customer OTD for RMU Products. ETO order process - discuss with cross functional team on finalization of BOM and tracking the BOM changes in SAP. Monthly review with sales operation to finalize the requirement for next 3 months for firm order +Forecast MPS- preparing the monthly production schedule to align with purchase to identify the risk against plan and track the risk . Finalizing the Monthly production plan to align with FAT requirement & delivery requirement to plan the material in advance Reviewing & tracking of SAP action messages with team to ensure the pull in and pushout action executed by on time Review and tracking long lead time parts periodically and ensure that timely escalation for shortage of components. Qualifications Requirement : Education – B.E - Electrical / Mechanical. Experience Required – 4 + Years of Experience in production planning and RMU Planning. Technical Knowledge - SAP -PP/MM Module. Soft Skills – Fair Knowledge in overall supply chain flow starting from demand till material delivery to customer. Yes!
