Division: Network Division

Job Duties:

• Provide daily home and corporate broadband network monitoring, management and service quality assurance in a network operation center(NOC) for Fixed & Mobile network on a 24-hour basis
• Perform Tier 1 Troubleshooting and liaise with related parties to resolve any network issues.
• Preparation of operation report, system and operation documentation if required.
• Provide technical support service and handle service enquiries

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in electronics/computer science, engineering or equivalent; other related disciplines may also be considered
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in broadband 7x24 hour operation
• Experience in mobile network operation is preferable but not a must.
• Knowledge and experience in broadband network such as GPON, IPLC/EPLC/Broadband and IT infrastructure is an advantage.
• Good Operation excellence & communication skill
• Self-motivated, analytical and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong initiative, customer-oriented and able to meet with quality services
• 7 X 24-hours (in 3 shifts) and emergency on-call duty is required
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer
