Responsibilities

• Provide solution preparation/ proposal based on customers’ requirements.
• Perform network implementation, deploy and test new system and service.
• Provide network equipment configuration and support.
• Design, deploy, support and maintain the local, metropolitan and wide area network infrastructure and perimeter security devices with standard designs and configurations.
• Take part in technical product planning, development and deployment.
• Handle fault diagnosis and service restoration.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies/ Electronic Engineering/ Telecommunication or related discipline.
• At least 3 years experiences in system or network installation, configuration and support.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Network Engineer.
• Solid experience in networking protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS, Layer2/3, Firewall).
• Certificate holder of CCNA/ CCNP/ HCIA/ HCIP is preferred.
• Exposure to and knowledge of the following: Firewall & Switching & Routing technologies, Network Monitoring, Policy Based Routing, OSFF, IS-IS, BGP, HSRP/VRRP, IPSEC and QoS principles etc.
• Hands-on and solid experience IP/MPLS. Other system like WiFi/Wireless, CDN and Transmission Network is a plus.
• A good team player with strong communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate and build rapport with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated with positive attitude.
• Good command of written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus.
• IELTS 6.5 or above preferred.
