Mission & Main Tasks:
This position is to take charge of Covestro’s employer branding internally and externally for talent attraction and employee engagement, build up and maintain strategic university relations in the target universities for young and senior talent pipeline buildup and lead recruiting related projects to drive recruitment effectiveness and efficiency in China.
This position is in charge of HR marketing related events’ planning, and organization, takes care of Audi China internship program, including intern recruitment and management. In addition, this position supports the quality management of recruitment and vendor management.
Job Duties:
1. Develop the university/school relations strategy to build up strategic partnership in the target universities/schools for young talent pipelines
2. Continuous work on developing the unique selling points of Audi China as an attractive employer
3. Work on the talent profiling for Audi China
4. Develop customized communication channels meeting the needs of different talent groups
5. Maintaining and updating information on career website
6. Roll out annual communication plan on different social medias, including Wechat, Linkedin, Weibo
7. Maintaining information on recruiting job-board, such as Liepin, Zhaopin
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor degree or above majoring in Marketing, HR or other economics areas
Professional Skills:
- Fluent English. German is a plus
- Good at Microsoft Office skills, EXCEL and PPT as a must
Competence Required:
Quick learner- Self-initiative and team work
- Strong ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure independently
Language Skills:
Good command of English both in speaking and writing
