Your Responsibilities
1. Concept development of rotation plan for apprentice in whole TQ department
2. Track the rotation plan to ensure the implementation
3. Improve concepts with feedbacks from Junior coaches, apprentice and departments
4. Consulting for junior coaches and trainers for development and adjustment of the
learning stations
5. Consulting for the daily work of junior coaches
6. Apprentice Management with junior coaches according the company policies and
regulations
7. Apprentice recruiting in considering of departments demand
8. EHS Coordination
9. Implementation of 5S - concept within TQ office area, regular reporting and training
on demand
Our Requirements
1. Bachelor of Education or technical scope
2. More than 2 year experience in education or training or performing workshops
3. Chinese native speaker, fluent in German or English
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong skills in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
6. Knowledge about ATJ transmissions, machining and assembly processes
7. Experience within an intercultural work environment
8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.
9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something
goes wrong.
