Find critical touchpoints to create the focal areas of improvement. Check and monitor the heartbeat of employee experience and engagement through surveys, peer-to-peer feedback, KPI’s, and meetings Align activities through other functions to drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and experience. Draws in specialist teams as required.
