Responsibilities and Tasks / 岗位职责

• Repair defect devices and components and do the testing / 维修有故障的设备和部件并进行检验
• Create the repair reports and keep them on file / 创建维修报告并将其存档
• Deal with urgent repair requirements / 处理紧急维修的需求
• Create a plan of those spare parts, which need to be ordered on a monthly basis / 创作一种计划关于每个月需要订的零件
• Provide on-site service according to customer requirements /客户要求时,提供现场服务
• Ensure that all repaired components are in proper condition when delivered back to the customer and satisfy the customers requirements / 保证所有维修部件在完好的状态下还给客户并满足客户的要求。
• Ensure that the repair work is carried out in due time / 保证维修工作按时完成
• Ensure that the quality of the repaired components is in accordance with the Lenze Quality Standard / 保证维修部件的质量符合伦茨质量标准
• Ensure that the repair process is in accordance with the Lenze Service regulations / 保证维修过程是按照伦茨服务规格

Profile/岗位要求

• Graduate from a Technical School with major in electronic or similar/ 电子工程学或类似专业从技校毕业

• Knowledge of basic spoken and written English /基本的英语沟通及书面英语

• Skilled user of Microsoft Office, with focus on Word and Excel / 熟练地能使用 Microsoft Office, 特别 Word 和Excel
