• HW design for BMS business.

• Prepare critical technical solution per business demand and decide technical solution.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze customer's requirements and transfer them to into cost effective technical solutions.
• Leading the electronic concept design to meet customer`s inquiry promptly.

• Review design document from BMS engineer as quality controller to guarantee high quality design.

• Research and develop new technology and do benchmark analysis according to company BMS product strategy.

• Coaching engineers in process and method to support team growth.

• Support MSC building BMS test lab by plan facility and train the local team.

• Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior's expectation.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• BS of Electronic engineering related with min 6 years working experience, 4 years direct experience in high voltage product design.
• Solid knowledge on fundamental of analog and digital circuit.

• Experience on HV ECU circuit design, special on isolation circuit design, know the theory and have on hand practice.

• Familiar with major AFE IC`s application as well as current detection, able to do WCCA for accuracy and thermal performance.

• Familiar with major 32bits MCU architecture and applications.

• Familiar with major SBC feature and application.

• Familiar with ISO-26262 HW development process and HW safety calculation, FIT, FMEDA.

• Familiar with the qualification method for HV application ECU, EMC test, environmental test.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master of Electronic engineering related.

• EMC trouble shooting experience.

• OBC or DC/DC experience.

• OBD2 knowledge.

SKILLS:

• Communication skills-Can describe problem/issue logically, concisely and to the point to make sure the others fully understand without any misunderstanding.

• Good team player, willing to share experience and cooperate with team.

• Have systematic problem solving skill to find root cause efficiently and solve it permanently.
