Job Responsibility:

1) Independently completed assembly/wiring according to E-plan, BOM and drawing

2) Prepare instruction and guide other workers for wiring and assembly

3) Calibrate/testing system according to internal quality and engineering requirements.

4) Complete production internal ITR and jointly efforts w engineering for quality consistent check before shipment.

5) Trouble shooting for the issue and quality yield loss w team, to count propose back to engineering team for improvement and follow up action to ground.

6) Propose improvement actions for layout, material flow, one piece flow according to lean principle.

Qualifications

1) Electronics or electrical colleague background, have working experience in related company 5years+

2) Capable on English communication on writing, speaking, reading, listening.

3) Prefer have experience on testing, or software programming .

Active working attitude, independent working experience
