岗位职责 Responsibility

1）负责数控设备电气配套和控制、自动化控制系统的工作；

Responsible for the operation, maintenance and daily maintenance of the CNC machining center, familiar with the performance and basic structure of the machining center machine;

2）负责生产过程中的设备故障排除，确保生产任务的按时完成，对设备故障与停机进行分析改进，降低设备故障率；

Responsible for troubleshooting of equipment in production process, ensure the completion of production tasks on time, analyze and improve equipment failure and shutdown, reduce equipment failure rate;

3）负责设备的强弱电接线，电气线路的改进；

Responsible for the strong and weak electrical wiring of all production equipment, improvement of electrical wiring;

4）负责设备的日常巡检、定期维护保养，并根据设备故障频次更新保养内容；

Responsible for daily inspection and regular maintenance of automation equipment, and update maintenance content according to equipment failure frequency;

5）与技术部协调处理技术难题，积极提供有关方案，及时处理现场问题；

Coordinate with the technical department to deal with technical problems, actively provide relevant programs, and deal with on-site issues in a timely manner;

6）维护好设备机及机床辅件，做好设备保养记录；

Maintain the equipment and machine tool accessories, and maintain the equipment maintenance records;

7）维护好本岗位工作区域内，及设备5S工作；

Maintain the work area of this post, and work 5S equipment;

8）服从领导分派的其他任务。

Obey other tasks assigned by the leader.

职位要求 Requirement

• 3年以上电气自动化工作经验，有ABB机械人操作经验优先；

  More than 3 years working experience in automation function, prefer Robot experience

• 具有良好的沟通和高度的团队精神意识；

  Has a good communication and high team-spirit sense;

• 能够承受压力，愿意轮班工作；

  Can work under pressure and willing to work in shift;

• 具有简单英语交流的能力。

  Can speak English.
