Qualifications任职资格：

• Senior high school or technical education, Certified electrician;有证电工, 中专以上学历，电气或者机电相关专业毕业；

• Be familiar with electrical equipment maintenance, with experience of automated assembly line;熟悉电气设备的维修保养，对于自动化流水线有维护的经验；

• Above one year experience of equipment maintenance;一年以上设备维护及管理经验；

• Must be able to read and operator according to English manual;能够根据英文操作说明操作操作和设定仪器仪表；

• Independently work, and a good team player;能独立工作，有团队合作精神；

• Familiar with electrical and mechanical components such as relay, proximity switch, frequency controller, motor, cylinder, all kinds of valve; 熟悉电气和机械元件及其工作原理，如继电器，接近开关，变频器，电机，气缸，各种阀门；

• Understand automatic basic knowledge, understand program logic controller .了解自动化的基础知识，了解可 编程控制器。

  
  

  Duties and Responsibilities职责：

• Process and analyses all production lines’ breakdown;处理并分析所有生产线的的故障；

• Make the periodic maintenance for the equipment;对设备做出周期性的维护和保养；

• Give question and suggestion appears of repetition fault; 整理停机报告,并针对得重复出现的问题做出行动或给出建议；

• Complete each task which the leadership gives;完成领导交给的各项任务；

• Understand and trace the spare parts condition;了解并追踪备件状态；

• Renew the electrical blueprint and provides the current backup in the control cabinet;负责更新电气图纸并在每个控制柜中提供有当前的备份；

• Understand team goal of working; 了解维修团队的工作目标；

• Comply with the designated ISO / IATF16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines ;遵守ISO / IATF16949、EMS和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针；

• Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication, hazard waste dispose management, emergency response and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure; 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序、危险废弃物处置管理程序、紧急相应程序和废水处理程序，并按体系要求执行；

• Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook. 遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。
