1. Take care of all electric works on components, schematic, harness. Make sure Group Electric Best Practice

followed in factory without any deviations

2. Plan and schedule all activities required to accomplish assigned task/project

3. Produce new product electric system design, standarnizing group electric design & select new components

4. Produce product documentation required for component purchasing, unit manufacturing, and user manuals

5. Develop and monitor test procedures consistent with design criteria

6. Direct and coordinate manufacturing or building of prototype product

7. Support and answer technical inquiries from sales, service and quality assurance departments

8. Maintain prompt, thorough and positive action on all investigations of report defectiveness

9. Review and approve Engineering Change Requests(EAP). Perform data entry and release functions within

Baan system

10. Other assignments as designated by Department Manager

11. ISO 9001: establish standards and procedures for the pursuit of ISO 9001

12. Maintain currency with respect to technical skills by attending training classes, special technical and

administration courses, seminars, exhibits and trade shows as needed

13 Have knowledge of PLC programming，CODESYS, IFM application experience and must be willing to learn to program TLD LINK API

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Automotive Electric Engineering or related field

2. 4 years of engineering design experience, preferably automotive or construction

3. Strong written, verbal , analytical and interpersonal skills in English

4. ERP system experience, solidwork 3D ,SEE electrical,PLC design, knowledge of Microsoft Office

5. Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills

6. Able to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently

7. Good communication skills, team cooperation ability and organizational capability and preciseness,

positive working attitude
