• Lead and review enquiry/tender documents related to the discipline and prepare technical proposal package against requirements.
• Coordinate and provide input to sales estimates and project schedules
• Plan, organize and manage the work of the discipline designers of Chinese Design Institutes
• Ensure that design verification and approval are carried out in accordance with company and project procedures and requirements

• 10+ years experience in large domestic design institutes or multi-national engineering company
• Familiar with international engineering and project execution procedures & specifications
• Good knowledge of both international & Chinese standards and codes
• Proficient in applicable softwares, e.g. AUTOCAD, Microstation, PDMS, PDS, etc.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Excellent team-work spirit
