1. 进行地区和区域性宏观经济研究、产业政策及市场研究；

Researching work in Regional Macro-Economic Industry policy and marketing issues.

2. 针对区域经济、产业发展，新城开发、旧城改造和新农村建设、土地运营等问题，为政府和非政府组织提供咨询服务；

Provide consultative services to Government and Non-government agencies regarding Regional economic\Industry development\New town development\City Regeneration\New Socialist countryside\Land-based development, etc.

3. 为城市发展、产业规划、园区开发、旅游开发等项目提供策略建议；

Provide solutions and strategies for city development\Industry park construction\Tourism development projects.

4. 负责项目的技术指导。

Technical support for project

任职要求：

1. 区域经济、产业经济等相关专业硕士或博士，硕士研究生需5年以上、博士研究生需3年以上类似从业经验；

Doctor degree in regional\Industry economics or Master degree with 5 years relevant work experiences.

2. 具备较强的模型构建能力；

Strong ability to establish economic model.

3. 强烈的责任心，求知欲，适应于高强度、项目运作型的工作环境；

A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment.

4. 具备出色的语言沟通和写作能力（中英文听说读写）；

Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English essential. Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.

5. 具有较强的办公类软件使用技能；

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.

6. 拥有相关的区域发展、产业规划等项目开发经验者优先。
