Job Description

Responsibilities:

1、Communication with logistical partners to ensure smooth running of operations and be a first point of contact for any enquiries

2、Ensuring all day to day administrative duties are undertaken so the office is running efficiently.

3、Provide additional support and cover in the office during absence/Holidays

4、Deal with issues/problem on an independent basis.

5、Manage the collecting and collating of monitoring statistics, feedback, reviews and other evaluation materials

6、Handle all Data entry

7、Need to be enjoying working with numbers


Requirements:

1、Experience in an office administrative role with transferable skills

2、Excellent level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills - particularly Excel

3、Strong organisational skills and be able to multi task efficiently, with an eye for detail.

4、Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

5、Meticulous attention to detail and problem solving.

6、Target Focused
