Job Title: Ecommerce Team Executive (Contractor) – EC


Department/Division: Premium BU


Report to: Ecommerce Associate Director


Job Purpose:

To build better visibility in business operation and provide strong support to both Brand Activation and Trade Marketing in Premium BU EC.


Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:


1. Business Operation (Marketing)

  • Free goods central management: help Sales & Marketing team collect free goods full year forecast and monthly update to WS team; help marketing team to operate FG order in system, and responsible for the on-time delivery.
  • POSM central management: help marketing team to operate PR order in system. Work with procurement team and sales team to ensure the on-time delivery.
  • Finance operation: help marketing team to operate PO, contract and payment process in system.
  • EC assets assistance: help to categorize visual assets by working with marketing team.
  • SKU information management: help Sales & Marketing team to collect/apply the necessary documents for SKU management, eg. Customs declaration, CIQ certificate, authority letter, issue stamped notification on price adjustment to customer, etc.

2. Business Operation (Sales)

  • Manage customers complaints by consulting PR team, brand team, logistic team if necessary.
  • Support Tmall sales manager to make orders and communicate with WS team to know the progress.
  • NPL on-site assistance: Monitor incoming inventory and give Sales team a heads-up in advance, apply for sample.
  • On-site payment assistance: Follow up with payment status to Sales team and their customers.
  • On-site execution reassurance: Help sales and TP check the pricing of platforms and POP stores, especially during big promotions.

3. Report Operation (Data Intelligence)

  • Responsible for offtake data refresh and SKU mapping checking & update.
  • Responsible for new SKU information management, and update mapping for CRM database.
  • Help to ensure price guideline accuracy by checking missing products price update status in the guideline, and feedback to pricing team.


Requirements:


  • 2 years above working experience in sales operation, trade marketing, or business development in FMCG industry
  • Detail focused and reliable.
  • Open-minded and passionate; strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Fluent English and Mandarin both in written and spoken
  • University graduate with bachelor degree or above
