Accountabilities:

§ Handling daily communication and correspondence to Market Partner

§ Prepare and support to sell DGF eCommerce solution to potential customers

§ Assist in handling daily communication and correspondence to external customers

§ Support and coordinate the development, implementation and localisation of AFR initiatives and programmes in branch

§ Lead the development, implementation and localisation of key initiatives and programmes for eCommerce

§ Maintain good relationships with local Customs/CIQ/Airport, carriers, vendors and Market partner

§ Coordinate/liaise/work with Carrier/Market Partner contact on operational activities, issue resolution, process execution and performance improvements according to corporate policy

§ Maintain good relationships in co-operation with Dept for high service levels

§ Closely communicate and co-operate to achieve the common operations goals and set-up action plans for eCommerce

§ Identify potential opportunity to develop ecommerce business

§ Plan and implement Gateway facilities, equipment and infrastructure in accordance with ecommerce business requirements

Skills / Qualifications:

§ Air freight or Airline background is preferred

§ BA degree

§ 3+ years of relevant experience

§ Good knowledge about AFR org chart & service territory,ecommerce business ,AFR export/import operation process , project management and process improvement ,P/L control and market benchmark

§ Good coordination skill ,organization & people management skill ,problem solving skill ,planning skill ,presentation skill and negotiation skill
