Ⅲ ESL teacher requirement
1. English speaking.
2. From United States, Canadia or Britain.
3. 3 24 - 50 years of age, healthy, hold foreign medical certificate, female best.
4. At least two years of teaching experience in teaching primary secondary school kindergarten or holding ESL teaching qualification.
5. Good behavior,love children, respect the culture of China, be able to live in cross-cultural context.
6. At least work in this school for one school year (except be fired for the teaching quality issue).
7. Having the Chinese government's qualifications and educational background.
8. Never engaged in any religious activities.
Ⅳ Working time , teaching tasks and requirements
1. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, Teachers don't work in the evening the weekend western and eastern important holidays.
2. Teachers teach under the school regular curriculum objectives and teaching materials, teaching. ESL teachers will get teaching training and research 5 days before the new semester .
3. ESL teachers organizes the student to carry out the exhibition activity in the West major festival, the school gives the help.
4. The daily teaching should be sufficient preparation and planning, content mainly includes teaching, teaching form, auxiliary materials, planning activities, songs, writing on the board in class structure. Teachers shall not insult and punish students in any form. To ensure the quality of teaching, each teacher teaches not more than 3 grades.
5. The school has the right to adjust the teaching plan and course according to the students' specific circumstances.
6. The school will assess the teachers' teaching quality according to the given curriculum objectives and content. The school rewards the teachers according to the assessment results.
7. The school provides all the necessary conditions associated with teaching, including teaching sites, teaching equipment and related teaching staff, and try to ensure each ESL lesson with an assistant.
Ⅴ Teaching discipline
1 Teachers should consciously follow the basic management rule of the school. ate arrivals and early departures are forbidden.
2 Teachers should consciously observe the local education basic management system. Such as respecting students, respecting parents, respecting basic community culture.
Ⅵ teacher benefits
1 The school provides insured medical, accident and other related insurance, the basic salary is 7000-8000 RMB per month.
2 The school pays international round-trip air ticket from home to China and the transportation costs.
3 The school provides 3000 RMB rewards for the excellent teaching teacher every semester.
4 The school will help the teacher handling the work license and the relevant documents for the local work and residence. Related expenses (such as: physical examination, accreditation fees, etc.) will be paid by the school.

Ⅶ Teachers casualties of illness and injury
The school will afford related fees and provide help when teachers casualties happen.
Ⅷ Fire condition
1.When this kind of things happen, the school has the right to fire the teacher:
1) During the course of the contract, the teacher has a serious teaching accident, a serious violation of Chinese labor discipline or a school regulation system, and is not corrected after a written warning.
2) Teachers do not meet the school curriculum standards and evaluation system.
3) Be investigated for criminal liability according to law of China.
4) The teacher is sick or suffer non-work related injury, can’t continue to engage in the teaching work.
2 Except the conditions above, the School doesn’t have the right to fire the teachers.
3 When the school wants to fire the teacher, written announcement will be delivered to the teacher 15 days ahead. The school will give the reasonable material.
4.If the teacher doesn’t continue to work here to engage in education and teaching, the school will cancel the relevant formalities in 15 days, if the teacher work here in other workplace, the school will help to give relevant certification.
Ⅸ Service cost
The school will pay for the teachers monthly, Leave time salary will be in half.
Ⅹ intellectual property and trade secrets protection
1.The school will assemble and choose different level of teaching material to different level of students, and provide teaching auxiliary material, teaching plans and outlines. The teacher should keep that in secret.
2.The school has all the intellectual property rights from the form to the content of the textbook, in addition to teaching the purpose of carrying out the contract, teachers must not use any form of unilateral school textbooks under any circumstances without the consent of the school.
3.The school and the teachers have the responsibility and obligation to contract confidentiality. If any party content and content in which the terms of this contract disclosure to third parties (other than the relevant Chinese government departments) behavior, should bear all the legal consequences of their acts caused.
