Job Description
Working days: roughly 185 days per year! Other days are days off, public holidays and vacation.
Number of vacancies : 1 Primary Native Teachers starting on March 2024.
Subject To Teach: EFL teacher in Elementary School
Working Days per week: Monday to Friday
Office Hours per week: 8:20 am to 4:20 pm
Duration of each class: 40 minutes
Lessons per week: 20 lessons
Teaching time per work: 20 x 40 minutes = 13 hours 20 minutes
Students’ Age: 6 to 11 in western years
Class size: 12 – 18 students
Requirements
Nationalities: English Native Countries – American, Australian, British, Canadian, Irish, New Zealander, South African.
Certification: Teaching certificate or TESOL, CELTA, ESOL (1 certificate 200RMB up to 3)
Teaching Experience: Minimum 2 years English Teaching Experience
Other: Professional attitude and lots of energy.
Terms of Employment
Annual Salary : Basic Salary + Housing + Allowances(Language, Career Development) + Certificates + Bonuses: Gross salary approximately around 300,000 RMB annually. (Including all allowances and bonuses)
Basic Salary : 16,300 RMB per month
Teaching Degree: 700 RMB per month (who majored teaching in university)
Housing Allowance: 4,000 RMB (non-taxable) - Must apply for housing receipt to receive allowance.
Language Allowance: 800 RMB per month
Career Development Allowance: 500 RMB per month
Teaching Certificate: TESOL, TEFL and CELTA: 200 RMB per month (each) up to 3 certificates.
Supervisor Allowance: 300 RMB per month (only one teacher among native teachers)
Family Allowance: spouse (200RMB) and children under age 18 up to 400 RMB a month.
Continuous Allowance: on the 2nd contract, add 300RMB /on the 3rd contract, add 600RMB a month.
Settlement Allowance: 2000 RMB paid approximately 2 weeks after arrival
Holiday Bonus: New year and Thanksgiving (40% of the basic)
Completion Bonus: same amount of basic salary
Performance Bonus: one of 90%, 100% or 110% of the basic salary (according to the evaluation)
Airfare Allowance: Economy class ticket (reimbursement) – Arrival and Depar
