Salary and Benefits:
1. The workload of Party B is 14 periods per week English classes.If the workload of Party B exceeds 14 periods per week, Party A shall pay RMB 150 for per excess period. Besides, Party B shall give a two-hour lecture on Chinese-Western Culture Forum held by the school every year. Party A shall pay Party B RMB 600 for the given lecture. Party B should attend the meetings organized by Party A.
2. Party B’s position is English teacher mainly teaches English language courses. Party B’s monthly salary shall be RMB 12000 (before tax). Party A will provide Party B a salary card and transfer salary into it each month. Please see the appendix for terms and conditions on other remunerations and benefits concerned.
