Create lesson plans

Provide extra help to struggling students

Follow school guidelines and regulations

Ensure that every student is succeeding to the best of their ability

Report progress of student to parents and department head

Report classroom progress to principal and vice principal

Encourage students to practice English outside of the classroom

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and certified English teaching qualification

Incredible interpersonal skills

Ability to create personalized lesson plans

Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of different people

Ability to keep records of student progress

Excellent organizational skills

Awareness of problems with students

Open minded to connect with students from all walks of life
