JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Nationality: Chinese
  

• Age: Not to be more than 30 years old

• Academic studies: Be in possession of a Higher Degree or Bachelor Degree, preferably in the following technical areas: Mechanics, Industrial, Design, Product, Process, Chemistry, Biomedical,... Other profiles will be taken into account.

• Knowledge of some of these areas: Materials, Manufacturing processes, Production Management, Planning tools, Project management, Team management, Maintenace nasic knowledge, Supply chain management, Customer support, Quality management tools

• Language: Fluent English
  

WHAT IS OFFERED

Technology Entrepreneurship Program TEP is a unique International Dual Training Program oriented to create technical and entrepreneurial profiles around Polymer Technologies”

A free of cost program. Program TEP Participants do not have care for application fees, you just have to learn, contribute value during your Internship and live the experience. The Program also provides accommodation for International Participants in Lea-Artibai Technical School's Residence Hall. We believe in the Program TEP, so the best way to let you do your best is to make you forget the costs. Just learn and enjoy it!

It is given in Markina-Xemein, Biscay, Basque Country (Spain), located in a a natural region close to the cost and with a strong industrial an entrepreneurial culture, very close to new trendy cities like Bilbao and San Sebastian and next to France.

Program TEP is launched by Leartiker Technology Centre and promoted also by other industrial and social entities like Mondragon Corporation (www.mondragon-corporation.com), Bizkaia Talent (www.bizkaiatalent.eus) or Renault-Nissan Consulting (rnconsulting.es), with the aim to giving response to the lack of these profiles and needs in plastic sector companies all around the world.

Nine months duration and it is divided in two phases:

• Initial Theoretical Training in Leartiker Technology Centre (October-December)
  

Doctors, Researchers, Engineers and high-level expert consultants provide specialized training about Polymer Technologies (Materials, Product Design, Processes, Rheological and Structural Analysis by Finite Element Method,...), Lean Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship (Strategy, Innovation, Project Management,...). The methodology used consists of masterclasses and workshops to put in practice the concepts learned into practice.

You will become an expert on these new sector technologies know-how, tools and methodologies.

• Company Internship (December-June)
  

As a necessary complement to Specialized Training, the Program TEP enriches Participants' professional experience through a stage in a leading Company.

Since Companies have the need of professional personnel in their national and international plants, Program TEP can be a good opportunity to get a job.

All the participating Companies program a personal training-adjustment plan that place Participant's in their working environment, which translates into quick adaptation and better results

Diferent type of projects to perform, already publicated in www.ProgramTEP.com website, you can choose those that are more relevant to your profile or you prefer most. Such as R&D activities, product design or manufacturing processes. Furthermore, it exists the option to develop a new start-up business.

Once the Training Program ends, the companies in which the internship has been developed, could offer a job-opportunity to the candidates in their own locality, taking into account their globalization necessity.
