For the EMEA Services organization we are looking for an EMEA Consumer and
Digital Marketing Professional to join our team, reporting to the Head of EMEA
Services Marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving consumer marketing overall
as well as the digital marketing activities for Lenovo’s consumer and
commercial Services and Solutions in EMEA. The role is key driver to increase
Lenovo Service’s reputation in the digital and consumer space.The Consumer &
Digital lead will focus on building the right programs for our markets and
regions in collaboration with the country teams, and importantly working with
worldwide counterparts to drive cross geo synergies in terms of suppliers and
platforms. This role will require high levels of pro-activity, creativity,
strategic rigour and an ability to think and act fast and be proactive and
responsive.
Responsibilities:
This position requires a broad knowledge of the consumer and digital space in
order to lead and execute with excellence across the EMEA region. It requires
the ability to be able to develop regional executions and influence key
regional teams to gain buy in.
• Drive consumer and digital excellence across EMEA and apply data to
everything we do
• Fully accountable for Lenovo Service’s digital strategy in EMEA including
SOW, interlock with regions and KPIs.
• Cooperate with agencies to deliver communication and digital excellence,
drive performance and align KPIs and strategies into actionable plans for the
regions.
• Work with EMEA & Regional social and engagement agencies to create valuable
content that the regions can take and use in their own engagement marketing
plans
• Provide clear direction to regional leaders on key programmes, initiatives,
best-practise, ideas and priorities.
• Create and maintain co-operative relations with EMEA regional leaders,
product teams, and WW Services marketing team across digital and consumer.
• Explore new opportunities for testing, new platforms, measurements on an
ongoing basis.
#### Position Requirements:
The individual must show deep passion for our audiences, our technology and
our people and be willing to push the edge of innovation. The Professional
should have strong analytical/problem solving skills, demonstrated success in
driving complex strategies and projects, strong communication skills (verbal
and written), proven project management skills and be a motivated self-
starter. The role requires a unique blend of deep technical knowledge and
commercial experience with digital and social media platforms as well as
profound understanding of consumer target groups.

Experience
• 5-8 years experience as communication specialist in digital and consumer
marketing.
• Experience of EMEA/WW roles within an international organisation.
• Up to date knowledge of Digital Tech platforms to drive integrated, cross
device digital campaigns with successful track record in driving business
results
Abilities & Skills
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing and communications,
programmatic, SEM, content marketing, social media etc.
• Strong communication, presentation & influencing skills, and creative flair
• Experienced in creating and implementing communications and campaign
strategies nationally and/or internationally and have solid results to
demonstrate those skills.
• Ability to analyse, net out and present results at senior level, aligned to
business objectives
• Able to collaborate across groups and influence broad strategic initiatives
• Able to skilfully interact with and influence executives and senior managers

Base gross monthly salary from 2100 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part 12% of your annual earnings
